Due to my general lack of Star Wars knowledge (I only saw the first theater release and only that one time), my vote for favorite is based on very obviously superficial things... But it's: Planet Phu, located on the inner edge of the Colonies Region, and homeworld of the Phuiis!

I've always loved Endor because of the scenery there and the Ewoks are fantastic! did you know it's known as the forest moon? I wanna live on a forest moon! miss you buddy!
I had a deprived childhood and never learned about Star Wars. Hence, I dont know about the planets. But I have heard of Obie Wan and like this character.

I just can't imagine anywhere but Tatooine, really. Hey! By the way, today I kissed a wookie and kicked a droid, raced my Falcon through an asteroid, till the princess was either an oid, or annoyed. It was a great day: spaceships and monsters, it's star wars, I love it!
